Previously co-founder and CEO of Purcell Systems, which sold in 2013 to EnerSys Corporation, Pete Chase applies leadership and process control for successful achievement of mutual goals. He was named 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. Mr. Chase launched Purcell Systems in 2000 as a supplier of integrated telecommunication enclosures, and oversaw its growth to a profitable global operation with annual revenue of $140 million and 170 employees. Purcell Systems was named #21 on the Inc. Magazine list of top 500 U.S. growth companies in 2005, and won the 2011 AGORA Award. He enjoys travel, fly fishing and classic movies.

Kent Harrison is the former SVP of Engineering & Product Development at Purcell Systems and a former VP for AT&T Mobility, west region. He brings more than 45 years of telecom industry experience in developing and implementing telecommunications wireless and wire-line initiatives, rollout plans, technical plans and cost performance targets from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. He loves spending time with family activities especially the sports activities of his grandchildren and playing golf.

Chris Constance is a seasoned leader in product, engineering, and design with decades of experience in telecom infrastructure. At EasyStreet Systems, he drives the development of lightweight composite towers that power next-gen Small Cell and IoT networks.


Previously, Chris helped grow Purcell Systems from startup to major industry player, and held key roles at Raycap | STEALTH, GeoSpatial Innovations, and National Instruments. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington and is known for delivering customer-driven innovation across complex technical environments.


Mason Kelly - Director of Field Engineering

Mason Kelley is a 29-year veteran of the technology sector with deep expertise in field engineering, customer solutions, and telecom infrastructure. As Director of Field Engineering at EasyStreet Systems, Mason leads customer deployment and technical field strategy for advanced composite tower systems.


Known for bridging the gap between engineering, operations, and sales, Mason has held key technical and business development roles at RF Industries, Eltek, Asentria, and Purcell Systems. He brings hands-on experience managing global deployments, developing patented solutions, and driving cross-functional execution in high-stakes environments.

Kennidy Nimri - Sales Director

Kennidy Nimri is a Sales Director at Easy Street Systems, where she supports the VP of Sales in driving growth across public and private sectors. Based in Spokane, WA, she leads strategic sales efforts, manages complex RFPs and client communications, and builds strong relationships across industries including DOT, infrastructure, and government. Kennidy brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every opportunity, whether preparing detailed proposals or aligning internal teams to deliver on customer expectations.


Prior to joining Easy Street Systems, Kennidy served as Senior Manager of RFP Marketing Operations at Boingo Wireless, where she led cross-functional proposal strategies. Her work spanned sales enablement, marketing operations, and event leadership. Kennidy also spearheaded marketing and GTM efforts for premier properties such as Las Vegas Sphere and Intuit Dome, while executing 30+ national tradeshows and high-level executive engagements.


With a strong background in telecom, sales, and marketing, Kennidy is known for building scalable processes, communicating with clarity, and turning strategy into results.
